So Billy and I finally got suckered into speaking in sacrament meeting this Sunday. We have always gotten out of the ward before we've had to talk which means this will be my first time ever so needless to say I'm super duper nervous!! Unless I'm playing softball, I HATE attention on myself so standing up there with all those eyes on me just makes me want to throw up. I keep praying that I will find the right words to say and do it gracefully followed by another prayer hoping that miraculously at least half of our ward will be out of town. UUGGHH... I'll let you know how it goes.

TWILIGHT!!
I know, I know... old news right. Well I actually just discovered the madness. At first I really felt sorry for all those people who were obessed, but was anxious to see the movie. I love high school romance stories (mostly because they are usually so sweet and innocent) and I love vampires!! I had told Billy about wanting to go see the movie so he got me the book to read first. I started the addiction on Tuesday night and couldn't put it down and had it finished by Thursday afternoon. I am pretty ashamed to say that I was actually reading it under my desk at work, always checking over my shoulders so no one would bust me as well as at stop lights! (Billy was pretty upset about the last one) As much as I LOVED it, I was soo happy to have it finished just so I could get back to my normal daily activities. I made the mistake of telling our receptionist how much I enjoyed it so she thought she was doing me a favor by bringing me the other 3 to read. WHAT THE HECK!! On Friday, Logan wasn't feeling good in the morning so we stayed home. Bummer for him, but lucky for me!! Needless to say I read the whole friggin day and finished the 2nd book up by 10pm. I purposely left the last two at work so I could get some things done this weekend, but I have a feeling that this addiction will kick back in full gear first thing on Monday morning when I get to work.
P.S. I wish there were more authors like this one who makes the most out of a touch or a single kiss and doesn't feel the need to get any further R rated than that. I can't even tell you how nice and easy it was to read knowing that there was no uncomfortable or unnecessary obsene situations the further along I got. TWO THUMBS UP FOR ME!!!

MOVE OVER SPIDERMAN...
Cause here comes Cinderella!! :) Billy and I found out we are having a little girl! Although we totally wanted another boy (mostly for the fact that we wouldn't have to buy any new stuff), we are both super excited for a little princess! I am totally starting to stress about matching tights, with bows, with skirts, with whatever else girls need, but I guess I will have the whole week to coordinate since the only time she will probably be all dolled will be for church on Sunday. The rest of the week will be jeans and tshirts!! Next task is to think of a cute name. :)

FUN FILLED WEEKEND!

Logan riding the carousel. We had to let people go in front of us so we could be first to pick because he just HAD to ride the zebra! And poor little guy was so cold that he stole my scarf!

CATCHING UP!
HALLOWEEN
We had a blast this year trick or treating. My sister's neighbor invited all of us to their Halloween block party so there was tons of food and even a little fire pit. The house lots are so big (the neighborhood is gated and on a golf course so it's pretty fancy) that they got a trailer to go trick or treating because it would be way too far to walk. Billy was a fat princess in a tutu, Logan was Optimus Prime and I was a lame mom who didn't dress up. Logan got so much candy and had so much fun!
ANNIVERSARY
Billy and I celebrated our 6 year anniversary on November 16th. I have to say that I probably have the best husband ever. We try to stick to the traditional gift list and this year Billy totally out did me. It was candy and iron. He went to the candy store and got me all of my favorite candy and then got me these cute little cast iron skillets to make brownies and cookies in. Crystal and Scotty watched Logan for us while we went to dinner at Carraba's which is one of our favorite places. It was a great day!
BABY'S FIRST PICTURE
The time had finally come to go hear the baby's heartbeat, but when Billy and I got there the nurse tried for about 15 minutes and couldn't find anything. I was totally calm on the outside, but on the inside I was really starting to get nervous. They decided to take an ultrasound to make sure he was doing ok. They found him pretty easy, but the dr. took a couple of minutes to get the picture steady. Finally he did, and all of a sudden you could see the baby kicking and punching! I was so excited just to see any movement! It was awesome! I can't wait to find out what the sex is. Billy and I are hoping for another boy so keep your fingers crossed!
THANKSGIVING
We went up to St. George this year to spend Thanksgiving with Billy's family. It was great to see everyone, but I was totally bummed because it rained all day long. We didn't get to go outside to throw the football around or anything. I HATE THE RAIN! My sister and I sorda have this tradition that if we don't get to spend the actual day together then we do a turkey dinner that weekend together. So on Sunday, we went to their house and had the whole spread again. It was delicious and we had leftovers which is always a plus!
HOSPITAL
We had our first trip to the hospital with Logan on Saturday. He was playing at the playground and went mouth first into the metal steps of the slide. He immediatley started crying and his mouth was already full of blood by the time I got to him. As far as I could tell, he had a pretty bad cut on his gums and the inside of this lip. I waited an hour or so to see if he would be ok, but his mouth just kept bleeding so Billy and I decided we should take him to the hospital just to be safe. Luckily, he didn't need any stitches. He just got some penicillin and some Tylenol with Codiene for the pain. He is all better now, but the whole day wore me out. The funniest part of the whole experience was when they were trying to take his temperature. He wouldn't let them take it under his tongue so they had to do a rectal one. As soon as they stuck it in he started crying "ouwie in my bummy." I felt bad for the little guy, but couldn't help but laugh.
Whew, that was alot. My early New Year's Resolution for 2009 is to make sure to write something at least every 2 weeks. Since I am not great at writing in a journal this will have to suffice for now, and I expect all of you guys to make me stick to it of course! :)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BILLY!
Logan and Hunter got to touch the dolphins tail!
My two favorite boys!
The dolphins were so close. It was awesome!
Me and my monkey!
We got to go in the observation room. The dolphins spotted Logan and kept coming back to look at him. It was probably the hair!
Our family!
The white lion pups were super cute!
I can never get enough of these two!

THINGS I'D DO!
I know I always talk about how busy Billy and I so I decided to make a list of all the things I would do if I had more time on my hands. So here are the things I'd do if I had more time:
- go to the park with Logan every chance I could
- read a GREAT book
- organize everything in my house
- paint my toenails a different color at least every other day
- learn how to take great photos
- perfect the art of decorating a cake
- finally start a scrapbook
- cook something different every night of the week
- take Harley on daily walks
- have more movie nights that include my couch, some popcorn and my cute husband
I guess I could keep going with this list forever. Now all I have to do is start making time for each of these!
