So Billy and I finally got suckered into speaking in sacrament meeting this Sunday. We have always gotten out of the ward before we've had to talk which means this will be my first time ever so needless to say I'm super duper nervous!! Unless I'm playing softball, I HATE attention on myself so standing up there with all those eyes on me just makes me want to throw up. I keep praying that I will find the right words to say and do it gracefully followed by another prayer hoping that miraculously at least half of our ward will be out of town. UUGGHH... I'll let you know how it goes.

Hey girl!! I hate speaking also. But good luck, I'll pray for you also, I hate being in front of people. You'll do great!!
I feel your pain. I have only spoken twice. I just look down and read! If it makes you feel better, remember Holly Bidwell? She lost a contact in the middle of her talk and had to go to the bathroom to fix it and come back in to wrap it up. You will do well, you're good at everything you do!
Oh man.....I totally feel your pain! I had to speak a few weeks ago....it is always so nerve wrecking, but it feels so great when its over! You will do a smashing job, I'm sure!
when i read this i immediately thought of the time when we were with bridgette at that dance & some guy came up to ask if one of us would say the closing prayer :)
i guess times have changed!!
(& i totally got asked to chaperon the tri-stake dance last sunday!!
i'm old!)
You will do AWESOME!!! I have NO doubt! You seem to always say the right things and I wouldn't worry about your ward! I'm sure they love you guys!
Ben and I just went through that a couple of weeks ago. I totally felt the same way!! I'm sure you'll do awesome!!
How did your talk go?? I'm so proud of you! :) Belive it or not, I actually don't mind speaking in sac mtg, but Clint hates it! He'll sing anyday over speaking. :)
Did you tell me you were pregnant at christmas time? I read your comment on Tina's blog and was like "Whoa! She's pregnant... and a girl??" But then I was thinking about it and I don't remember if I already knew. haha. How freakin sad is that!? My memory sucks!
Whichever it is... I am so excited for you two, and by looking at Logan, that little girl is going to be adorable!! Yahoo! So many babies being born in our family this year!! I love it!!
We seriously need to get together! The kids grow so fast and we don't want to miss out on anything! How did your talk go? We were asked to bear (is that right spelling?) our testimonies a couple Sundays ago Ava wouldn't let go of my leg so I had to drag her up their with me and then she wanted me to hold her. So just picture me sweating holding Ava and trying to speak! EEEEEEEEKKK! Anyway I hope it went great. You should have let us know we would have loved to have come and heard you guys! Well give Logan kisses and lets get 2 gether soon! Love you guys!
